The STASTO framework contract is based on a purchase order
Over an agreed period with a defined minimum quantity.
This quantity:
- is available on demand for the customer
- is provided at a fixed price
- Creates cost and planning reliability
The framework contract is particularly suitable for:
- Series machines
- Plannable projects
- Applications with constant demand
It reduces procurement efforts and creates clear, long-term structures.
STASTO stockholding contract
Availability without minimum contract term.
The STASTO stockholding contract is designed for maximum flexibility.
Features:
- No time limit
- Fixed call-off quantity
- Stock is held at STASTO
- Price changes are possible
If the customer decides to terminate the contract, the remaining stock quantity must be purchased in full.
This model is particularly suitable for:
- Fluctuating demand
- long-term applications without a fixed timeframe
- Customers who prioritize availability
