fabrication of mini power packs series 60


step 1: block "pump unit" (PE); depending on the drive motor (AC or DC) in the respective column (Q in AC or Q in DC) determine needed capacity
step 2: block "pump unit" (PE); for selected capacity take the item number of required pump-unit from the block
step 3: block "pump unit" (PE); find torque of choosed capacity in each column of system pressure (M at 160, 180 or 200 bar)
step 4: block "drive unit" (AE); for determined torque in step 3 take the next larger torque acc. to voltage (380 V/12 V/24 V) and select item-number of drive unit
step 5: block "tank unit" (TE); calculate fuel tank capacity with formula: V = 1 * Q + 15% (minimum total amount of system) and select item-number of the tank
step 6: block "control unit" (STE); acc. to number of bases or control valves select the item-number of control unit

pump unit series PE

for mounting a mini power pack; consists of: gear pump, coupling pump-side, mounting flange

drive unit series AE

for mounting a mini power pack; consists of: electric motor, central housing, check valve, relief valve adjustable 10...250bar, manometer 0-250bar; stopcock; ready for mounting of tank unit series TE

tank unit series TE

for mounting a mini power pack; consists of: oil tank, filler screw, suction filter, feet-type bracket regarding to tank

control unit series STE

for mounting a mini power pack; consists of: distance plate, 90° adapter plate, depending on the model the number of bases suitable for CETOP-valves
