The challenge

In order to guarantee the function of stretch blow molding machines, elaborate compressed air and cooling water systems and the corresponding piping of these systems are required.

The STASTO solution

For each type of machine a part list for the compressed air system and a part list for the water system was created with the customer.
So per type of machine over one hundred individual items were grouped into two STASTO AutomationPackages.

The result

By STASTO AutomationPackages the ordering process could be significantly simplified.
The customer receives two STASTO AutomationPackages per machine in which each of the more than onehundred items is indicated by the position number of the customer part list
